Ordering
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free shipping on all orders within the 48 contiguous United States. No minimum purchase is required and there are no hidden handling fees.
Which states do you ship to?
We ship to all 48 contiguous United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, APO/FPO/DPO military addresses, or P.O. Boxes. A valid physical street address is required at checkout.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes — you can cancel free of charge at any time before your order ships. Once dispatched, our standard return policy applies. Contact us as soon as possible at test@gmail.com or (866) 593-7967 so we can stop the shipment before it leaves our facility.
Can I modify my order after placing it?
We begin processing orders quickly. Contact us immediately at test@gmail.com and we will do our best to accommodate changes before your order ships. We cannot guarantee modifications once processing has begun.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Orders typically arrive within 13–18 business days from the date of purchase. This includes up to 3 business days of handling time and 10–15 business days of transit time. Estimates are based on business days (Monday���Friday, excluding federal holidays) and may vary due to carrier schedules or other unforeseen circumstances.
When will my order be processed?
Orders placed before 6:00 PM EST Monday–Friday begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after 6:00 PM EST, on weekends, or on federal holidays begin processing the next business day.
How is my sauna shipped?
Saunas are large, heavy items and are shipped via LTL (less-than-truckload) freight carrier — not a standard parcel service like UPS or FedEx. This is the safest and most reliable method for delivering large wellness equipment.
What is curbside delivery?
The freight carrier will deliver your sauna to your curb or the end of your driveway. Moving the unit from the curb to its final installation location is the customer's responsibility. We recommend having 2–4 helpers and a hand truck or dolly available on delivery day.
Does someone need to be home for delivery?
Yes. An adult (18+) must be present to inspect the shipment and sign the delivery receipt. The carrier will contact you in advance to schedule a delivery appointment — please respond promptly to avoid delays.
Is liftgate service included?
Yes. Liftgate service is included at no extra charge. The driver will lower your sauna from the truck to ground level.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Allow up to 24 hours for tracking to become active in the carrier's system. You can also contact us at test@gmail.com for a status update.
What if the carrier cannot reach me to schedule delivery?
If the carrier is unable to complete delivery because you are unreachable or unavailable, storage fees may be assessed by the carrier. These fees are the customer's responsibility. Please respond promptly to all carrier communications.
Receiving Your Sauna
What should I do when my sauna arrives?
Before signing the delivery receipt, inspect all exterior packaging for dents, tears, punctures, or crushing. Note any damage on the Bill of Lading (the delivery receipt) before the driver leaves, take photos of anything concerning, and count all packages against the packing list included with your shipment.
What if my sauna arrives damaged?
If packaging is severely damaged and you believe the product is unusable, you may refuse the delivery — but please contact us at test@gmail.com or (866) 593-7967 before refusing so we can assist you. If damage is found after opening, retain all original packaging and contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will arrange a prepaid return label and offer a full refund or free replacement.
What if I received the wrong item?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of what you received. We will resolve the issue at no cost to you — either a correct replacement shipped free or a full refund.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the sauna is unused, unassembled, in its original sellable condition, and returned with all original packaging, parts, and accessories. Proof of purchase is required.
Who pays for return shipping?
It depends on the reason for the return:
- Damaged, defective, or wrong item: We pay return shipping and provide a prepaid label.
- Change of mind / buyer's remorse: You are responsible for return freight shipping costs, plus a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
Can I return a sauna I have already assembled or used?
No. We cannot accept returns for saunas that have been assembled, installed, or used in any way. Please ensure you are certain about your purchase before assembly.
How long does my refund take?
Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days of us receiving and inspecting your return. After we process it, your bank or card issuer may take an additional 3–7 business days to post it to your account. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, contact us.
How are refunds issued?
Refunds are issued to your original payment method only.
Do you offer exchanges?
We do not process direct exchanges. If you would like a different model, return your current sauna for a refund (subject to return conditions) and place a new order. Contact us if you need help choosing the right model.
What if I refuse delivery?
If you refuse a delivery for any reason other than carrier-caused damage, a 20% restocking fee plus the actual cost of return freight will be deducted from your refund. If you have concerns before your delivery, please contact us first so we can help.
Warranty
What does your warranty cover?
Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship during normal use. Coverage varies by component:
- Cabinetry & Heaters: 7 years residential / 5 years commercial
- Controls & Electronics: 3 years residential / 1 year commercial
- Lighting, Glass & Audio: 1 year residential and commercial

What does "limited lifetime warranty" mean?
The expected useful lifetime of a sauna is defined as seven (7) years. A limited lifetime warranty covers cabinetry and heaters for up to seven years from the date of delivery for residential use. It does not mean coverage for the entire life of the owner.
Does the warranty transfer if I sell my sauna?
No. The warranty applies to the original purchaser only and does not transfer to any subsequent owner.
Is labor and shipping covered under warranty?
For the first 90 days from delivery, warranty service includes parts, labor, and all shipping at no cost to you. After 90 days, parts are still covered under the applicable warranty period, but you are responsible for shipping and labor costs.
What voids the warranty?
The warranty is voided by: improper assembly, use of power strips or extension cords instead of a dedicated outlet, placing the sauna within 5 feet of a water or vapor source, water or moisture damage, unauthorized modifications, use contrary to the product manual, negligence or misuse, and pest or animal damage. Does the warranty cover cosmetic damage?
No. Normal wear and tear, minor scuffs, natural wood grain variations, and minor cracking due to climate or humidity changes are not covered. These are natural characteristics of wood and do not affect the structural integrity or performance of your sauna.
How do I make a warranty claim?
Email test@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or video of the defect. We will respond within 1–3 business days. Do not ship anything back without prior written authorization from our team.
What is the difference between a warranty claim and a return?
A return applies within 30 days of delivery for an unused, unassembled sauna. A warranty claim applies after assembly and use, when a component fails due to a manufacturing defect within the applicable warranty period. Damage during delivery is handled separately — contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
