Warranty
Cyvor stands behind the quality of every product we sell. This warranty policy explains what is covered, for how long, and how to make a claim. Please read it carefully before assembling or using your sauna.
Warranty Coverage at a Glance
| Component | Residential | Commercial |
|---|---|---|
| Cabinetry & Heaters | 7 years (limited lifetime) | 5 years |
| Controls & Electronics | 3 years | 1 year |
| Lighting, Glass & Audio | 1 year | 1 year |
Specific warranty durations may vary by product. The coverage applicable to your sauna is confirmed in the product listing and any documentation included with your order. If you are unsure which terms apply to your purchase, contact us at test@gmail.com.
What "Limited Lifetime" Means
The expected useful lifetime of a sauna is defined as seven (7) years. A "limited lifetime warranty" means coverage for up to seven years from the date of delivery for residential use. This applies to cabinetry and heaters on qualifying models.
This warranty applies to the original purchaser only and does not transfer to any subsequent owner. Coverage ends if ownership changes.
What Is Covered
The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship that occur during normal use within the applicable warranty period. If a covered defect is confirmed, we will at our discretion:
- Repair the defective component, or
- Replace it with a part of equal or comparable specification, or
- If repair or replacement is not feasible, refund the purchase price in exchange for the return of the product
Replacement parts may differ slightly in appearance from the originals. In some cases, parts may need to be specially sourced, which can take approximately 60–90 days.
Labor & Shipping Coverage
- First 90 days from delivery: Warranty service includes replacement parts, labor, and all shipping charges at no cost to you.
- After 90 days: Parts are covered under warranty. You are responsible for all shipping charges and any labor or technician costs.
Please review our Shipping Policy for details on how freight shipments are handled.
What Is Not Covered — Exclusions
The following are excluded from warranty coverage:
- Normal wear and tear — cosmetic fading, minor surface scuffs, and gradual deterioration from regular use
- Natural wood characteristics — grain variation, color differences between panels, and minor cracking due to climate or humidity changes are not defects
- Improper assembly — damage resulting from assembly not performed in accordance with the included instructions
- Electrical installation errors — failure to use a dedicated electrical wall outlet at the correct voltage voids the warranty. Do not use power strips, extension cords, or converters
- Placement near water — the sauna must be installed at least 5 feet away from any water or vapor source (shower, hot tub, pool, bathtub, etc.). Placing it closer automatically voids the warranty
- Water or moisture damage — including improper cleaning, flooding, or condensation exposure
- Unauthorized modifications — any alteration to the sauna's structure, electrical system, or components
- Negligence or misuse — use contrary to the product manual or published guidelines
- Pest or animal damage — damage caused by insects, rodents, or infestation
- Acts of God — weather events, natural disasters, power surges, or events beyond reasonable control
- Damage during delivery — transit damage is handled under our Return & Refund Policy. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos if your sauna arrives damaged
- Commercial wear and tear — deterioration from use in spas, gyms, hotels, short-term rentals, or any income-generating setting
- Third-party losses — losses or injuries sustained by anyone other than the original purchaser
Definition of Commercial Use
"Commercial use" means use of the product in any business, professional, institutional, or income-generating setting — including but not limited to spas, gyms, wellness centers, hotels, and short-term rental properties — regardless of whether the product was marketed specifically for commercial use.
Wood Care & Natural Characteristics
We use premium quality wood in all our saunas. The following are not considered defects and are not covered by this warranty:
- Minor dents, scratches, or scuffs from normal use or transit handling
- Variations in color or grain pattern between panels
- Fine cracks that develop during normal operation due to climate or humidity changes
Exterior blemishes can be treated with a small amount of furniture polish, oil, or wood treatment.
Interior blemishes can be left as-is or lightly sanded.
Avoid any products containing benzene or high concentrations of alcohol on interior wood surfaces.
