Return & Refund Policy
At Cyvor, we stand behind every sauna we sell. This policy explains exactly how returns and refunds work so there are no surprises. Please read it carefully before placing your order.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order free of charge at any time before it ships. Once your order has been dispatched, our standard return policy applies.
To cancel, contact us as soon as possible at test@gmail.com or (866) 593-7967 so we can stop the shipment before it leaves our facility.
Return Eligibility 30-Day Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, your sauna must meet all of the following conditions:
- Return request submitted within 30 days of the delivery date
- Sauna is unused, unassembled, and in its original sellable condition
- All original packaging, parts, manuals, and accessories are included
- You have proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Items That Cannot Be Returned
We are unable to accept returns for:
- Saunas that have been assembled, installed, or used in any way
- Items missing original packaging, parts, or accessories
- Return requests submitted after 30 days from delivery
- Saunas with damage caused by improper handling after delivery
- Sale or clearance items (unless arrived damaged or defective)

Note on outbound shipping: We offer free outbound shipping on all orders. Because this cost is absorbed by us, it is non-refundable on buyer's remorse returns.
How to Start a Return
- Contact us. Email test@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Do not ship anything back without prior approval.
- Receive your RMA. We will review your request and, if approved, send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return address within 1–2 business days.
- Pack your sauna. Use the original packaging. Write your RMA number clearly on the outside of every box or crate. Items not in original packaging may be refused or subject to an additional fee.
- Ship with tracking. Use a trackable freight shipping method. Keep your tracking number — you are responsible for the sauna until we confirm receipt.
- We inspect and confirm. Once received, we inspect the sauna within 1–3 business days and notify you of the outcome by email.
Refund Timeline & Method
- Processing time: Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days of us receiving and inspecting your return.
- Refund method: Refunds are issued to your original payment method only.
- Bank posting: After we process your refund, your bank or card issuer may take an additional 3–7 business days to post it to your account. This is outside our control.
- Still waiting? If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at test@gmail.com
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your sauna arrives damaged, defective, or is not the item you ordered:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at test@gmail.com
- Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the damage or incorrect item.
- We will send you a prepaid return label at no cost to you.
- Choose your preferred resolution: full refund or free replacement.
Claims submitted more than 48 hours after delivery may not be eligible. Please inspect your sauna promptly upon arrival.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. If you would like a different model, please return your current sauna for a refund (subject to the return conditions above) and place a new order. Contact us at test@gmail.com if you need help choosing the right model — we are happy to assist.
Refused Deliveries
If you refuse a delivery for any reason other than visible carrier-caused damage, the shipment will be treated as a buyer's remorse return. A 20% restocking fee plus the actual cost of return freight will be deducted from your refund. If you have concerns before your delivery arrives, contact us so we can help resolve the issue first.
Your Consumer Rights
This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws. If you have a concern that falls outside this policy, please contact us and we will work to find a fair resolution.

Return Shipping Address
If your return is approved, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions. Do not ship returns without an RMA — items received without authorization may be refused or held until an RMA is issued.

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is for a defective or damaged unit. We strongly recommend insured freight shipping for saunas. Cyvor is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit when shipped without insurance.
